San Joaquin Marsh Reserve

A small mammal trapping session will occur on the reserve. This will involve going in person to previously mapped areas to determine the best place to place traps. Placing closed traps and numbered pin flags and pre-baiting the traps for one night. The next evening the traps will be opened and baited the traps will be checked before dawn. The animals will be processed (weighed and measured) and released at the location they were caught.
