Rules and Regulations
No dogs are allowed in the San Joaquin Marsh Reserve.
No smoking is allowed on the premises.
No removal of plants or animals without approval from the reserve manager.
Please do not drive on roads unless explicitly approved by reserve manager. If driving in the marsh, please park at road junctions or pull off so other users can pass by.
Please close and lock each gate after each ingress or egress and reset lock to 0-0-0-0.
Emergency maps and medical supplies, including fire extinguishers, are available at the arboretum garage and office facilities.

Directions
The San Joaquin Marsh Reserve is located between University Drive and Jamboree, with entrances along Campus Drive. Classes or large groups may walk from main campus, please allow 15-20 minutes to walk along campus drive.

If you type 'San Joaquin Marsh' into google, you may be directed to our neighbor, the Irvine Ranch Water District Marsh on the East side of Campus Drive.
We are not open to the public, and all entrances have gates. Parking is limited, so please carpool as much as possible and reach out before your visit to confirm parking with the reserve manager. Paid parking is available in lot 90 for $2/hour.
