Santa Cruz Island Reserve

This visit is a writing workshop and retreat of UCSC PhD students whose work combines creative writing with environmental scholarship, philosophy, and historical research at natural sites around California. We (3 of us) will be working and collaborating on dissertation writing during the day, then convening in the evening to share our projects and discuss our writing. We look forward to this opportunity to work side by side as we conclude projects for the 2024 Summer quarter.
