Outreach trip for Barbareno/Ventureno Band of Mission Indians via the Lulapin Chumash Foundation: learn about island natural and cultural history thru field trips to various locations on the island. This is a pending trip, the Chumash are considering a longer trip to the island in September for a camp to better experience their historical lands. They may reach out to TNC for use of Christy ranch. Reservation updated as details emerge.
