The proposed operation is a short reconnaissance flight flown for situational awareness in preparation for three operations later this year (February – May) on DLMCR. During this reconnaissance mission we will gather data about raptor activity, canopy dimensions, and general topographic features. If FAA authorization is not yet available, we will use the time on this reservation to prep for our flights, to occur at a later date.
