The UCSC Ocean Sciences grad bonding trip will be a two-day, overnight outdoor trip for incoming Ocean Sciences department graduate students to foster team building, communication and cohort bonding. The trip will entail an easy/moderate two-day, overnight backpacking trip at preferably Big Creek Natural Reserve, Point Reyes National Seashore, Big Sur, or similar location depending on availability. Team building exercises will include meal preparation, way finding and bonding activities.
