I am currently a second year graduate student at UC Berkeley with Dr. Stephanie Carlson studying freshwater ecology. The UC Reserves are a great resource for conducting research, and I have been interested in using one as my field site. I have read several papers stemming from data collected from the Big Creek reserve, and it seems like it may be a suitable site. I was hoping to come to the reserve Friday October 26-Saturday October 27 (1 night) to visit and explore the reserve.
