Collection of soil (using shovel) from 4 locations in the grassland "matrix" area and 4 locations in the serpentine outcrops. In each location soil will be dug from a hole, causing a disturbance of less than 1 square meter at each location. In total the soil removed will be ca. 75 L from the "matrix" and 75 L from the serpentine outcrop.
