Urgent IT hardware replacement. A networking component has failed at site and disabled our weather system. Observations on sky are not possible until this is fixed. Replacement should be under 30 minutes. I am requesting two time windows because I am not yet certain when the trip will be possible as I may need to coordinate efforts with our IT folks.
