On this visit we plan to train 5 undergraduate students to collect oak flowering data for an ongoing project with Dr. Mario Pesendorfer. During the training students will practice collecting data points. Then we will meet as a group in a classroom to discuss the basic steps of the scientific method. The students will continue to collect data once a week during oak flowering season (Feb-April).
