Sedgwick Reserve
28 Jun, 03 PM - 30 Jun, 08 AM
As part of the Student Airborne Research Program (SARP) I will be leading 8 students and one TA in field activities. The first day will be spent at Sedgwick Ranch (an application has already been submittted), while the second day will be spent at Coal Oil Point. My intent is to have the students remeasure the fixed transects established for Geography 175. In addition to measurements for species composition, cover and albedo, students will measure temperature with a FLIR and measure plant spectra using a field spectrometry.
