On this visit myself and ~3 graduate students will be digging a soil pit and constructing blockades around the soil pit to keep cows away, as we would like to keep the pit open post sampling. The soil pit location is proposed for a ridgetop in Windmill Canyon. We will be sampling soil and bedrock from the pit during this trip.
