I would like to continue, and finish, my inventory of the experimental oaks growing on my Provenance Plot that is located in Figueroa Creek Valley. I was able to examine and make notes on almost one-half of the trees during my visit today (14 June 2018). The inventory this time is a simple one: noting the condition (live or dead) of each original tree, notes about the condition of branches or re-leafing; and searches for young acorns.
