We hope to use the Tipton house meeting space for symposium activities that will include at least one keynote speaker and a roundtable event. We are planning for 5 research group members to attend and would like to use the bunkhouse as lodging quarters for that group. For our invited roundtable participants and speakers, we'd like to request the Ranch House space for their lodging and meal preparation. People may want to go on walks during breaks, but they will not require a docent.
