This is the first visit by the CNPS San Luis Obispo chapter members to the reserve. Interest in habitat/vegetation/soils related to flora. Spend a little time at the Field Station covering history/research Drive up Lisque Rd with some botanizing stops along the way, to Gate 1 Exit Gate 1 onto Figueroa Mtn Road and drive up FMR to Gate 3. Park outside the gate. Walk one half-mile out to the slopes of Cloud’s Rest. Some may go a few hundred yards further up the hill to the top of Cloud’s Rest Walk back to Fig Mtn Road Gate 3, and end the Sedgwick portion of the field trip there
