Team members will be setting up Malaise and pitfall traps near the weather station upon arrival on June 26th. These traps will be collected on the morning of June 28th. Soil will be collected from the pitfall trap holes for eDNA purposes. Water from the reserve's pond will be filtered to collect eDNA, with all water returned to the site immediately. If possible, 2 - 3 cups of damp leaf litter will be sifted for invertebrates.
