I am a new assistant professor in the NRES department at UNR and I have two prospective graduate students visiting tomorrow and Saturday and I'd like to briefly stop by Sagehen this Saturday to show them the field station as a potential field site for their future work if they were to come to UNR. I visited Sagehen last fall with Adrian Harpold who is in my department and I have some very specific spots in mind that are near the lower camp that I'd like to show them (mostly near the stream). If they are to come, I'd love to work at Sagehen with at least one of them to explore questions related to how stream ecosystems are responding to climate change through time series modeling of aquatic ecosystem dynamics.
