Student program in Colorado Desert. This is part of a class.
The courses for the Winter 2024 class are:
MMW14 Divergent Paths to the Modern World
&
MMW122 Exploring the Modern World
Lower-division students sign up for MMW14 and upper-division students for MMW122, but the course is otherwise the same. The course is part of a general education (MMW14) and graduation (MMW122) requirement at UC San Diego.
MMW stands for Making of the Modern World program which is a general education/graduation requirement for all students enrolled at Eleanor Roosevelt College (ERC) at UC San Diego. There are more than 5,000 ERC student.
All students in the program are UCSD undergraduate students.
