Preliminary visit to assess areas of the marsh that are suitable for data collection detailed in my application. I'd like to walk as much of the tidal creek banks as possible, but also understand that my visit and summer work is during nesting season and will avoid nesting areas as necessary. During this visit I will walk along tidal creeks, locate areas of creek banks with crab activity, and take coordinates and pictures of these locations to return to in June for data collection.
