The purpose of our company biology team retreat is to welcome new biologists to the environmental team and foster collaboration. The agenda will include discussions on special-status species and effective avoidance measures for agency compliance on projects. To enhance learning, we will offer breakout hikes along the nearby trails and breakout discussions, guided by our subject matter experts, including botanists and herpetologists, and other species specialists.
