We are training to be volunteer Docents at Duxbury Reef with the Environmental Action Committee of West Marin. Training is 5-6 hours/day with part of the time at the Bolinas Fire House & the rest at Duxbury Reef. We are looking for overnight accommodations, ideally for 2/17 & 2/18, but we are happy with only 2/17 if that is all that is available. The training is 2/17, 2/18 & 2/19. There are 2 of us (mom & son) who are training to be docents. My son is an undergraduate student at UC Davis & this is for his internship as an Environmental Science Major w/ a concentration in Ecology and Conservation and I am a FT employee of Berkeley Labs & a UC berkeley alum. My son and I can certainly share a bed/space and have sleeping bags.
