This short course is designed to teach and mentor graduate students interested in expanding their knowledge about the field of environmental justice (EJ) studies. Students will be introduced to a variety of EJ theories and methods. Students will also have an opportunity to share with others their field work experiences. Students will also be instructed about field safety protocols when doing fieldwork. One day of the course will be organized around student presentations of current and future research and writing. The last day of the course will be dedicated to professional development.
